Suspect Arrested for Stealing Soap from Center Fresh Supermarket
A suspect has been arrested after stealing a large amount of soap from the Center Fresh supermarket on 13th Avenue and 46th Street.
The suspect was held by Shomrim volunteers until NYPD arrived and apprehended the suspect.
