Tragic Incident at Delancey Street Station Causes Major Delays on D and F Lines

The D and F subway lines, which serve Boro Park, are among several MTA lines experiencing heavy delays following a tragic incident at the Delancey Street station.

 A person was struck at the station and was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.

The NYPD is conducting an investigation, which is expected to take some time, further compounding delays across the subway system. Commuters on the affected lines are advised to plan for significant travel disruptions.
