Victims of 2022 Subway Shooting Near Boro Park Sue Glock Over Gun Sales and Marketing
By Y.M. Lowy
Furong Hu and Zhuoxuan Ye were among the 29 people injured in the 2022 subway shooting right near Boro Park, at the 36th Street stop, and are now filing a lawsuit against the gun company Glock, raising concerns about how its products are sold and marketed.
According to the lawsuit, Glock also produces more weapons than needed, so they end up being sold on the black market.
The man responsible for the subway attack that injured at least 29 people used a legally purchased Glock. He is now serving a life sentence.
