Weekend Weather: Bitter Cold Holds On

By Y.M. Lowy

Today stays bitterly cold, with highs around 17 degrees. Skies will be sunny to partly cloudy, but the cold will be the main story.

Shabbos looks similar temperature-wise, reaching a high of 17 degrees again, though skies will be more cloud-filled through the day.

By Sunday, temperatures climb slightly to 23 degrees. There is still uncertainty surrounding a potential storm, but current signs point to it staying offshore. Expect very strong winds with large gusts, and little to no accumulating snow at this time.
