Weekend Weather: More Rain for Shabbos
By: Yaker Biegeleisen
Thursday saw almost record rain levels, and there were some
pretty strong winds overnight—all thanks to a combination of high pressure to
our east, coupled with rain from the west. It brought flooding to many areas of
New Jersey.
Today, we are seeing clear, sunny, breezy weather, seasonal
for this time of year, with temps passing 60 degrees.
But for Shabbos we cool off, and we will see rain over the
course of the day.
There will be showers late Friday night, with temps in the
40’s—into Shabbos morning, when the rain will continue.
There will be showers between the hours of 9-12 in the
morning, and then cool, clear, and cloudy for the rest of the day.
