Alert: Never Leave a Child in a Vehicle

Much to everyone’s delight, the weather is finally getting warm again, bringing everyone out of their winter hibernation and back to the outdoors. Children are once again running around while the adults sit around and bask in the sun. 

Its important to keep in mind the dangers of the summer as well and take precautions in the heat to avoid tragedies. Nearly every summer there are stories of children left in overheated cars, which often leads to heartbreaking outcomes. 

We urge everyone to remember not to leave children unattended in vehicles during the summer months, even for a brief period of time. Just a few minutes can make the difference between life and death.
