BDE: Reb Ephraim Fasten, z"l

The Belzer chasidus was stunned and saddened to learn of the sudden passing of Reb Ephraim Fasten, a distinguished Belzer chossid from Boro Park, at the age of 73. 

The niftar hailed from an esteemed family of Belzer chassidim, and was the son of the legendary gabbai, Reb Luzer Fasten. 

He was raised in Belz, and he was an ardent chossid of the Rebbe, shlit"a, and made his place for Torah and tefillah at the Belzer shtiebel on 15th Avenue and 50th Street. He was well-known, respected, and beloved within the chassidus, and was known for his exceptional chessed. 

He sadly passed away in a sudden manner on Tuesday morning. 

The levaya will take place at 12:00 PM at Belz shtibel 15th Ave & 50th St.
