BDE: Reb Moshe Asher Braun, z"l

We regret to inform you of the passing of Reb Moshe Asher Braun, z"l, a longtime Boro Park resident who was beloved by all who knew him. He was in his eighties. 

The niftar was born to his father, Reb Yisroel, in Banihad in the aftermath of the war. 

He was a brilliant person, and while he worked as a professor, he delighted in Torah and in Yidden. He was a popular person in the neighborhood, and he enjoyed biking with the children of the area who respected and adored him. 

His makom tefillah for many years was in the Novominsker Shul where he was likewise appreciated and admired. 

He published countless divrei Torah as well as works on the Sfas Emes. 

He leaves behind beautiful Torah generations, and a legacy of ahavas haTorah and ahavas Yisroel.
