Boro Park Neighborhood Continue to Expand with New Development

Boro Park Neighborhood Continue to Expand with New Development

By Y.M. Lowy

Boro Park is growing fast. The neighborhood is expanding on all sides, and a new development near 12th Avenue and 36th Street is the newest addition. Tehama Street will soon welcome four new buildings, each designed for three families, for a total of 12 modern, spacious homes.

The units will feature beautiful three-bedroom layouts with private entrances, with larger options available for families looking for more space. This corner of Boro Park has seen tremendous growth in recent years, and the neighborhood offers the kind of close-knit community that many residents cherish. The Clara Street Shul is just a block away, and several other shuls are within easy walking distance.

The developer has emphasized that taxes on these new units will be very low, making them an affordable option for families looking to stay in Boro Park. With move-in goals set for Sukkos, these homes offer the convenience of settling in right for a new year done right.

For many families, this development proves that you don’t have to run all the way to Staten Island to find a decent home. Boro Park is expanding its limits and it’s giving residents a chance to stay.

This project is another job built by Joel Kaufman from The Kaufman Group.
