Boro Park Residents Now Have Urgent Care at Their Doorstep with Premier Assist

Premier Assist was founded with the goal of making urgent care as easy and convenient as possible. What started as a local initiative back in 2018 has grown into a widely accessible service, now operating in Lakewood, the Five Towns, Boro Park, Flatbush, Queens, Passaic, Toms River, Jackson, and the Catskills during the summer, with plans to expand to Williamsburg and Monsey.

With a focus on accessibility, care is provided directly in homes, offices, camps, and bungalow colonies. Licensed professionals handle a range of medical needs, including flu, strep, ear infections, rashes, and UTIs. Blood work and overnight labs are offered at no additional cost. The process is designed for efficiency, with most visits taking only 10–15 minutes. Need medication? The prescription is sent directly to your pharmacy.

Beyond convenience, the emphasis remains on professional care. Nurses and PAs take vitals, conduct necessary tests, and connect patients with a PA, NP, or physician for telehealth consultations. Most insurance plans are accepted, including state Medicaid.
