Boro Park’s 62nd Precinct Welcomes New Commanding Officer

The 62nd Precinct has appointed a new Commanding Officer. Captain Mohammed Islam was officially pinned during a ceremony at One Police Plaza by Deputy Inspector Eddie Lau, the precinct’s previous leader.

He has expressed his dedication to maintaining public safety and working closely with local leaders to address the concerns of the local diverse population.
