Boro Park Stunned: Sanz-Klausenburg Unveils New Yeshiva Building Completed in Just 3 Months
By BoroPark24 Staff
In an astonishing feat of planning and construction, Boro Park residents watched in awe as a full structure rose at the heart of the neighborhood, at 14th Avenue and 50th Street. The lot, long famous for its parking lot and fruit trees, posed halachic challenges that could have delayed development, but the Sanz-Klausenburg Yeshiva and kehilla found a way to build around them, resulting in a stunning, massive new yeshiva building.
The edifice includes a large Beis Medrash, spacious classrooms, a huge Oitzar HaSefarim, offices, a large kitchen and dining room, and much more. The scale and beauty of the building have left the community deeply impressed.
In recent weeks, the Sanz-Klausenburg Rebbe, shlit”a, visited the construction site alongside the builders, expressing profound admiration for the speed and excellence of the work. On the first day of the zman, the Rebbe entered the new Heichal HaMesivta during seder ha’limud, marking a most uplifting beginning for the bochurim in their new makom Torah.
