Camps Hearing Set For Next Tuesday
Following the Association of Jewish Camp Operators (AJCO) request for a restraining order against Governor Cuomo's decision to bar camps from opening this year, there has been a hearing date scheduled for next Tuesday.
The AJCO first filed suit last week and requested a restraining order early this week.
The goal of both the suit and the restraining order is to get an injunction forcing Governor Cuomo to allow camps to open this summer.
The case is being heard in Federal court in Albany.
