Child in Stable Condition After near Drowning in Pond in Swan Lake.

A two-year-old child was pulled from a pond on Sunday morning by Catskills Hatzalah volunteers, after nearly drowning there.

The incident occurred next to Maywood Bungalows, a chopper was requested but canceled due to the weather.

The child was transported by Catskills Hatzolah to Harris hospital in stable condition.
