Construction Set to Begin on Major Expansion for Sanz Klausenburg School

Work is officially underway for the Sanz Klausenburg school’s long-anticipated expansion. The former Greater Optics store, located directly next to the current school building, was recently demolished to make room for the new development.

The demolition was scheduled for a quiet Friday afternoon, carefully choosing a time when nearby schools were already dismissed and families were home preparing for Shabbos. With the block at its calmest, the teardown was carried out safely and smoothly.

The new expansion will bring the total school site to nearly 30,000 square feet. Planning was done with the needs of the Boro Park community in mind, and the first phase was completed seamlessly and right on time.
