Councilman Simcha Felder Welcomes Community to New Boro Park Office

Councilman Simcha Felder recently moved into his new Boro Park office, welcoming the community to visit and make use of the expanded space and upgraded resources.

Located at 1514-60th Street Suite 703, the new office was designed with accessibility and convenience in mind. It features two large elevators and an easy walk-in entrance to accommodate elderly and disabled visitors.

Speaking with BoroPark24, Felder said the move reflects his commitment to serving the community more efficiently. “I’m excited to announce that our new district office is officially open for business,” he said. “My staff and I are here to help, and we welcome you to come in, by appointment, for assistance with any city issue. Our team now has the technology and setup needed to assist residents quickly and effectively.”

The councilman emphasized that the office is open to all residents seeking help with city-related concerns, from taxes to community services. Felder’s team also continues to host neighborhood programs such as free flu shots, shredding events, and health screenings.

“During this transition, we’ve been out in the district helping people with everything from tree issues and ponding concerns to sidewalk repairs. We haven’t missed a beat,” Felder noted. “But this new space will allow us to serve you even better, and we look forward to greeting you at community events in the months ahead.”

He added a warm message to the residents: “This is your space. We hope you don’t need us - but if you do, we’re here to help in every way we can. My door is open, the phones are ringing, and we’ll continue doing what we love most - helping people.”
