Ingredients:
1 pack of thin sliced chicken cutlets
1/2 cup flour
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
6 tablespoons oil
Sauce:
1/2 cup chicken broth (or 1/2 tablespoon soup mix diluted in a 1/2 cup water)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Prepare all the ingredients for the sauce in a small bowl and set aside.
Combine the flour and spices on a flat plate. Coat each cutlet in the flour mixture.
Heat the oil over medium-high heat. Once heated, sear the coated chicken for about three minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
Add in the sauce and simmer for about five minutes while mixing often. Add in the chicken and lower the heat. Make sure that all the slices are coated in the sauce. Cover and cook for an additional five minutes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
