Culinary Corner: Pan Roasted Brussel Sprouts
This is an easy and light vegetable side dish!
16 oz brussel sprouts
2 tablespoons oil
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Heat the oil over medium heat. Toss the brussel sprouts with the spices. Sear for about ten minutes until golden.
