Culinary Corner: Tropical Breeze
You don’t need to spend thousands of dollars on vacation when you have this! Close your eyes, take a sip, and pretend you’re somewhere far away.
1 cup coconut water
2 cups frozen pineapple
2 cups frozen mango
1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup almond milk
2 tablespoons rum (optional)
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. For a thicker or thinner consistency, add more or less almond milk.
