Dinev Shul Reopens After Fire Damage

By Idy Perl

The Dinev Bais Medrash on 56th Street in Boro Park reopened this past Shabbos, Parshas Shemini, after a fire destroyed most of the shul last year. The fire had started in the Spinka shul, which is housed the same building, and spread to the Diniv shul, making it unusable for the past year, as we reported here.

The shul underwent renovations the last few months with the help of askanim who worked tirelessly to get them done as soon as possible.

In honor of the reopening, Dinev held an asifah last week Thursday to be m’chazuk the idea of kavod ha’bais medrash. The Dinev Rav was in attendance and spoke for the audiance.
