Fire Breaks Out on 43rd Street, Filling Boro Park with Smoke

The New York City Fire Department (FDNY) and Hatzolah rushed to the fire scene on 43rd Street, between 16th and 17th Avenue. The fire, which originated on the third floor of a building, quickly engulfed the area in thick smoke. 

The fire was brought under control about an hour after it was reported.
