Fire on Avenue C and E. 2nd Street

Emergency personnel are at the scene of a fire on Avenue C and East 2nd Street. 

Firefighters reportedly had issues connecting to a source of water while working to battle the blaze. 

Three injuries have been reported thus far, none life-threatening.
