Firefighter Training at Boro Park's FDNY Station

Training took place this morning at the FDNY Engine 282/Ladder 148 station on 12th Ave in Boro Park, as the station welcomed a new firefighter to its fantastic team.

The new firefighter in the station learned different methods and practices for firefighting and laddering a building. Their vigorous training ensures that no time is wasted when they go out on calls and are able to reach victims on high floors. 

Thanks to this, Boro Park now has more firefighters ready to save lives and properties in critical moments.
