Firefighters Battle Apartment Fire on 12th Avenue

Firefighters responded to a small fire in an apartment building on 12th Avenue and 45th Street on Sunday early afternoon, with multiple units working to extinguish the flames and evacuating the residents.

The fire started in an apartment on the 6th floor of the residential building, and firefighters were seen entering the apartment through their ladder trucks and through the building.

No one has been injured, but videos showed extensive damage to the apartment where the fire was burning.
