Greenwood Playground to Get New Handball and Pickleball Courts

Located at Fort Hamilton Parkway, Greenwood Avenue, and East 5th Street, Greenwood Playground is an exciting local option for outdoor fun. A $1 million project to rebuild the handball courts and add new pickleball courts for the neighborhood to enjoy is underway.

The work is being funded by the City Council and is expected to be completed by March 2026. Once finished, the playground will have better spaces to spend time outdoors.
