Iconic Boro Park Warehouse Being Torn Down

For many years the warehouse on 43rd Street and New Utrecht Avenue was an iconic landmark in Boro Park.

Many rebbishe weddings, among other events, were held there, and it housed the famous Royal Donuts Chanukah bakery, allowing visitors to see the bakery up close, which is how the warehouse started being called by many “Royal Donuts.”

Recently, tractors were seen on the property demolishing the historic site and making place for a massive new building, as previously reported here. The new building, built by HCS, will house their services as well as have new simchah halls and more exciting projects.
