Junior Chef: Ice Cream Cookie Cups
Create the perfect ice cream and cookie combination with these delicious summer treats. Use milichig or parve ice cream - either way, these are a guaranteed home run for your Junior Chef.
You will need:
- Frozen cookie dough
- Ice cream
- Chocolate syrup
- Colorful sprinkles
- Cupcake tins
Step #1: Spray the cupcake tin with oil.
Defrost cookie dough and press one ball of cookie dough in the cupcake tin, pressing down the center until the bottom.
Step #2: Place in a 350° oven and bake for 15 minutes.
Step #3: Remove cookies from the oven, and use a shot glass to squeeze the center of the cookie down while leaving it in the cupcake tins while shaping it like a cup.
Step #4: Remove the cookie from the cupcake tins, add a scoop of ice cream to the center, and sprinkle with your favorite toppings.
