Junior Chef: Mini Hot Chocolate Cups

These mini hot chocolate cups will hit the spot, and no need to wait for them to cool off either!

You will need:

  • Mini chocolate chip cookies 
  • Marshmallows 
  • Mini white edible pearls 
  • Baking chocolate 
  • Strawberry sour ropes 


Step #1: Melt baking chocolate and put it into a piping bag.

Step #2: Cut the sour ropes into 2-inch long pieces, and with your melted chocolate, stick both ends of the sour rope onto the side of the marshmallow, holding it in place for a few minutes until the chocolate cools and holds both ends fast.

Step #3: Place some melted chocolate on top of the chocolate chip cookie and stick the marshmallow on top.

Step #4: Gently squeeze some melted chocolate on top of the marshmallow and sprinkle with the white pearls. Let it cool for a few minutes, and enjoy!
