Lizensk Sees 10,000 Following Two-Year Hiatus

Lizensk Sees 10,000 Following Two-Year Hiatus

 By: Yehuda Alter

It was just two years ago when an unheard-of virus called “Coronavirus” ripped through planet earth, transforming life as we knew it previously.

The skies were shut, and this meant that the pilgrimage to the tziyun of the Rebbe Elimelech, which had been building year over year—bringing together people from throughout Europe, America, and Eretz Yisroel who came to effect yeshu’os in the zechus of the holy tzaddik—was instantly cancelled.

It had been hoped that by last year, the borders would have been opened—but this was not to be.

Which makes this year’s gathering—bringing back the familiar sights and sounds of tears and holiness—all the more appreciated.

Estimates place the numbers of those who came to Lizensk at an astounding 10,000 people who will hopefully have brought down great yeshu’os for themselves and all of Klal Yisroel.
