MTA Seeks Feedback to Improve Bus Service

Many Boro Park residents are regular passengers on various MTA transportation modes and often have stories to share about their experiences, from dealing with heat and overcrowding to issues with drivers.
In response, the MTA is actively seeking passenger feedback to enhance the bus service.
The MTA has launched an online survey for passengers to voice their concerns and suggestions. This initiative aims to gather valuable insights from residents and improve the overall public transportation experience.
