New Condo Building with 27 Units Planned for Vacant Lot Between 12th and 13th Avenues

A new three-story residential building at 1237 57th St. will soon provide 27 new condos on what is now the vacant lot that is located between 12th and 13th Avenues.

To break ground, the firm of Archimaera Architecture has filed permits with the NYC Department of Buildings, according to New York Nimby, although a completion date has not yet been announced.

Marino Mazzei of Bonafide Realty LLC is listed as the owner of the lot, which spans 27,547 square feet and on which a 30-foot-tall building will soon stand.

In addition to selling condo that measure 1,020 square feet, the new residential development also will feature a 30-foot-long rear outside yard and 23 open parking spaces.

Standing within walking distance of the 62nd Street subway station, future residents can easily hop on the D train.
