New Recipe: Tomato Crusted CHICKEN DRUMS
Supper made simple…. Give your kids the drum in their hands
while hiding the veggies between the crumbs Yield: 8 to 10 portions.
Ingredients:
- 8 to 10 chicken drumsticks
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 15 cherry tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp mustard
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup cornflake crumbs
- ½ tsp garlic powder
Preheat oven to 375˚F.
Combine and blend well the mayo, tomatoes, garlic cloves, mustard, salt, and pepper.
In a 9” inch plate, combine and mix together the crumbs and garlic powder.
Dip the chicken drums into the mayo mixture and then coat them with the crumbs mix.
Place the coated chicken into a parchment lined pan.
Bake uncovered for 1 hour.
