New York Experiences A Heat Wave - Again

By Idy Perl

Temperatures are rising once again as New York enters its second heat wave of the summer.

A heat advisory is in effect for Monday and Tuesday, July 8-9, as temperatures are expected to reach the low 90s, with a Real Feel of 95-104. Both days will be extremely humid with storms expected throughout the day that will hopefully break the humidity a bit.

As reported previously by BoroPark24 here, Mayor Adams announced the opening of multiple cooling centers in NYC for people to cool down in during extreme heat. To find the nearest cooling center click here.
