NYC Housing Lottery Opens For New Building On 41st Street

A new affordable housing lottery has opened for 1054 41st Street, a recently completed five-story building in Boro Park. The project, designed by Angelo Ng and Anthony Ng and developed by Blue Mountain Capital, includes 25 apartments. Nine of those units are now available through NYC Housing Connect for households earning 130 percent of the area median income.

The building offers a garage, a recycling area, and modern apartments with hardwood floors and smart heating and cooling controls. Each unit comes with air conditioning, energy-efficient appliances, an intercom, and in-unit washers and dryers. Tenants are responsible for electricity, including heat.

The available apartments include four one bedroom units renting for $2,800, open to households earning between $101,006 and $189,540. There are also five two bedroom units renting for $3,100, open to households earning between $112,938 and $227,500.

Residents who want to apply must meet the income and household size guidelines. Applications are open now and must be submitted online or postmarked by December 9.
