NYPD Request Public Assistance in Identifying Robbery Suspect

The NYPD has requested public assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a robbery after he stole a package right out of the hands of the victim on 15th Avenue and 40th Street on Monday, February 12. The victim also discovered that his identity had been used to open a Verizon account to order cell phones.

As per the NYPD, a 46-year-old male victim was picking up a package at his residence when an unidentified male approached and told him that the Verizon package had been sent to him by accident. The individual then fled the location with the package, which contained cell phones. The victim later discovered that his identity had been used to open a Verizon account to order cell phones. There were no injuries reported.

The sought-after individual is described as a male with a dark complexion. He is approximately 5 feet, 7 inches tall and 170 pounds. He has tattoos on both hands.

The police asked for the public's assistance in identifying the suspect to bring him to justice.
