NYPD Seeks Group Behind Violent Moped Robberies in Boro Park Area

The NYPD is asking for the public’s help identifying four individuals wanted in connection with a string of violent robberies.

On May 19, a delivery worker was attacked near Bay 23 Street. Three males pushed him, hit him with a bat, and stole his moped.

On June 4, four males punched and kicked another delivery worker near 62 Street and 23 Avenue. They fled without taking anything. That same evening, six males on mopeds assaulted a 16-year-old near Shore Road and 71 Street and rode off with his moped.

On June 16, four males followed a 15-year-old near Bay Ridge Parkway. One showed a machete while the others attacked him and stole his moped.

The suspects are all believed to be between 18 and 20 years old.
