Yisroel R.

The NYPD is asking for the public’s help in identifying suspects wanted in connection with a series of grand larceny incidents involving unauthorized bank withdrawals across Brooklyn.

According to police, the incidents are part of an ongoing pattern being investigated within the 60th and 62nd Precincts. In one case, on February 25 at around 2:00 p.m., a 24-year-old woman discovered multiple unauthorized transactions on her account after $3,600 was withdrawn from a Chase Bank on Brighton Beach Avenue.

In a separate incident on February 28 at approximately 6:00 p.m., a 39-year-old woman reported nine unauthorized transactions on her account. Investigators determined that two individuals used her information to withdraw a total of $8,000 from ATMs located on 16th Avenue and 18th Avenue in BoroPark.

Police have released images of the individuals involved and are investigating whether the incidents are connected as part of a broader pattern.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS.
