Police Ask for Assistance in Identifying Thief

Last Friday night, an unidentified male broke into an unlocked car parked on 39th Street and 12th Avenue.

 The car's owner had several miscellaneous items stolen from inside his vehicle, including a credit card, AirPods, and credit card, which the thief used to make a number of unauthorized charges, including one to an ATT store and a transaction at a deli located at 4009 9th Avenue. 

"People should just be reminded to lock their car doors, especially over Shabbos," the victim shares with BoroPark24.

The police are searching for the thief, described as a male with a medium complexion, approximately 40 to 50 years of age. He is of medium build and was last seen wearing a black hooded jacket, black pants, black sneakers, a black hat with white lettering, and carrying a blue toolbox.
