President Will Be in NYC Today, Impacting Traffic in and Around City
YS Gold
At around 12:45 this afternoon, President Joe Biden is expected to depart the White House lawn for two fundraisers in New York City this evening.
Presidential visits always create traffic snarls around the City, with closures for blocks around the president’s vehicle. Today will be no different.
The president will arrive at JFK Airport at around 2:00 in the afternoon, leaving for New York City by helicopter, and will arrive at the Downtown Manhattan Heliport around 2:25. He will give a live interview on the MSNBC station at 4:00, and then head for two back-to-back fundraisers at 5:30 and 7:40 respectively, rounding out this “quarter” of fundraising as Biden’s campaign for reelection heats up.
