by M.C. Millman

An individual suspected of being responsible for a number of break-ins around Boro Park over the last few weeks was arrested early Friday night after a Shomrim member spotted him breaking into a house in Boro Park.

Salvador Fuentes, forty years old, was observed entering an apartment building through an interior alley of an apartment building after studying the fire escapes on 16th Avenue and 51st Street.

When he was arrested, he was found to have a stolen bag in his possession, as well as a crowbar, bolt cutters, and six screwdrivers.

Fuentes was charged with attempted burglary and trespass.
