TOWING ALERT: 14th Avenue Next as Towing and Repaving Operations Continue in Boro Park

Roadwork continues across Boro Park as city crews push forward with repaving efforts on several key streets.

Today, multiple vehicles were towed on 56th and 59th Streets to clear the way for work crews. The current phase involves breaking up the old pavement, after which the street will be temporarily reopened for normal use until a later date when the new asphalt surface will be poured.

Tomorrow, work is scheduled to begin on 14th Avenue, with the repaving stretch running from 51st Street to 60th Street.

Drivers in the area are urged to move their vehicles in advance to avoid towing, as heavy equipment will be on-site throughout the day.
