Tragic Passing of Mrs. Leah Chaya Esther Weiss A"H

The Boro Park community is in mourning following the sudden passing of Mrs. Leah Chaya Esther Weiss, daughter of R' Yitzchak Shimon Estreicher.

The nifteres, a healthy young mother in her low 50s, tragically passed away this afternoon after suffering a sudden medical emergency due to an aneurysm, r”l. Despite rescue efforts, she did not survive.

She was the wife of R’ Yechezkel Shraga and the daughter of R’ Yitzchak Shimon Estreicher, who serves as the Rosh Hakahal of Skver in Jerusalem and is well known as a respected figure in the community.

The levaya will take place 11pm at Funeral Home at 3911 Fort Hamilton Pkwy, then 12am at the Yampole Shul in Monsey followed by Kevurah in New Square.
