Truck Overturn Spills Loads of Sand and Cement on Ocean Pkwy

A truck, carrying loads of sand and cement, flipped over in an accident on Beverly Rd and Ocean Pkwy this morning.

FDNY was at the scene cleaning the contents of the vehicle which were strewn all over the street.

The driver was rushed off to the hospital with minor injuries.
