Two Iconic Boro Park Lots Closed Off for New Sanz Klausenburg Building Projects
By BoroPark24 Staff
Two well-known properties in the heart of Boro Park have been closed off in recent days, marking the launch of two major new construction projects by the Sanz Klausenburg institutions.
The first is the well-known parking lot at 50th Street and 14th Avenue, located directly across from the Sanz Klausenburg Shul. The lot was closed off over the weekend, to make way for a new Kehila expansion project, reportedly a Sukkah room, etc.
In addition, the open lot on 51st Street near 14th Avenue, referred to by locals as the "Forest of Boro Park" due to its dense trees, has also seen the start of site work. Trees are being cleared to make way for the new "Beth Esther Playground," as indicated by signage at the location. This space is expected to serve the children and families of the community with much-needed recreational facilities.
Both projects represent a major step forward for the Sanz Klausenburg mosdos as they continue to expand their footprint and services in Boro Park.
