Update: Police Release Person After Wrong Arrest in Bingo Supermarket Stabbing Incident

The NYPD has released a person that was arrested on Sunday night for allegedly stabbing another person at the Bingo supermarket after realizing that they have caught the wrong person, an innocent man.
The NYPD believes they now have the correct information of the suspect, who is an employee at the supermarket. 
The victim suffered a stab wound to his arm and is being treated at Maimonides Medical Center where he is in stable condition.

A 25-year-old suspect has been arrested by the NYPD with the help of Shomrim volunteers after stabbing an employee at the Bingo Supermarket on 60th Street, Sunday evening.
At around 8:20pm the male employee of Bingo supermarket got into a scuffle with another employee and stabbed the victim in the hand. Videos showed the victim, a 21-year-old male, with a bandage around his right arm, covered in blood, as he is being led to an ambulance.
The suspect, dressed in all black, fled the scene, and after a quick chase by Shomrim volunteers, was arrested by the NYPD on 16th Ave and 64th Street.
An NYPD spokesperson told BoroPark24 that charges are still pending against the suspect.
