BDE: R' Gershon Nof z"l

We regret to inform you of the passing of R'  Gershon Nof,  a longtime Boro Park resident, who passed away yesterday at age 84.

R' Gershon Nof was born in Moscow in 1939. His family was among the first to leave Russia during that challenging times. He was a prolific Talmid Chacham and authored several seforim on a wide range of topics.

He is survived by a beautiful Torah-dige family that will continue his legacy far and beyond.

The Levaye is taking place now at the Zmigrod Shul at 1214-43rd Street.

Another Levaye will be held at 10:30 AM at the Chabad headquarters at 770, followed by a service at 11:30 AM at the Ohel in Queens.
