New York Fog Finally Lifted
By Idy Perl
The fog advisory that has been in effect for parts of New York the past few days has finally lifted.
Dense fog shrouded the George Washington Bridge, Verrazano Bridges, Hudson River and parts of NYC the last few days, limiting visibility to less than a mile in some places.
During the fog, the National Weather Services issued an alert with the tips to turn on the low-beam lights of the vehicle and drive extra slowly with caution.
The fog has now passed, bringing some sunny skies for today.
