Police Commissioner Visits Chevra Hatzalah

Earlier today, Police Commissioner Edward Caban, along with an entourage of New York State Police, paid a visit to the headquarters of Hatzalah of Boro Park. 

The commissioner was greeted by NYPD Inspector Richie Taylor; Yechial Kalish, Chevra Hatzalah CEO; Joel Eisdorfer, senior adviser to the mayor;  Rabbi Bernard Freilich, Rabbi Abe Friedman, and other community leaders. 

"Grateful to Senior Advisor to Mayor Eric Adams, Joel Eisdorfer, NYPD Inspector Richie Taylor, and NYPD Clergy Liaison Rabbi Abe Friedman for bringing NYPD Police Commissioner Edward Caban to Boro Park today," Yechial Kalish shares with BoroPark24. "The purpose of the visit was to show support to the work of Hatzalah and send a message that NYPD values the partnership with Hatzalah in serving the community."

The visit also allowed the police commissioner to witness firsthand the exceptional dispatching and prompt responses that Hatzalah provides for every call.
