Shomrim Stop Armed Threat in Boro Park, Suspects Tied to Earlier Stabbing

A dramatic sequence unfolded in Boro Park when a Shomrim member spotted two suspicious individuals wearing ski masks and carrying a large machete. The suspects were seen threatening someone with the weapon before fleeing the area.

Shomrim members quickly mobilized, and with coordinated efforts, one suspect was apprehended near 12th Avenue and 49th Street, while the second was caught at 10th Avenue and 45th Street.

Following their detention, authorities linked the pair to an earlier stabbing incident that had taken place at Fort Hamilton Parkway and 44th Street.
