We’re all being at Ateres Golda. Are you?

Take a second and think of the top three things on your to-do list. For most frum women, it’s usually everything for everyone else. And somewhere far down the list—if it makes the list at all—is your own health.

Somehow, someway, it happens to all of us, but it’s wrong. And we’re about to make it right.

Makdim is here to put women’s health on center stage at Well Connected, an evening dedicated to women’s health. Our goal is straightforward: We want women to learn important information, understand what matters for their wellness, and walk away with clarity and tools to move forward with confidence.

This is where you come when you’re ready to take your wellbeing seriously.

Speak to specialists.
Hear from well-established names in the medical field.
Learn practical information that can make a real difference in your life.

Made for women and girls ages 18+, this event offers vital insight into women’s health. With two dedicated tracks—one for women under 45 and one for women 45+—you’ll receive guidance tailored to your stage of life.

Spanning the halls of Ateres Golda, Lipschitz Hall, and Scharf Ballroom, the event will also feature stations from various community medical centers and resources.

You’ll mingle with women like you who are determined to make positive changes to their wellness.

You’ll walk away better informed about what’s normal, what’s not, and what deserves attention right away.

And most importantly, you’ll leave knowing you didn’t put it off again.

Because when it comes to your health, waiting isn’t an option.

Get connected to your health at Well Connected on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at 8 PM in Ateres Golda. Program will run from 8 PM - 10:30 PM.
